Updating Your Profile or Location Details

All profile and location changes are managed by the Noahs Support team.

Please submit a ticket and clearly describe the updates you need.
The team will make the required changes and inform you once they are completed.

Examples of changes you can request:

  • Change to company

  • Change to location

  • Access corrections

  • Visibility issues between colleagues

How to request changes

  1. Open the support widget

  2. Select “Create a ticket”

  3. Choose “Account & Access”

  4. Clearly describe the change required

  5. Submit the ticket

For information about how users at the same location collaborate on tickets, refer to the Tickets Portal in the noahs.support helpdesk.

Who Should Create Accounts

Each person must have their own account.

Do not use shared logins.

Why individual accounts are required:

  • Tickets are linked to real users

  • Multiple people from the same location can collaborate on tickets

  • Communication history is clear and traceable

  • Access can be granted or removed without affecting others

  • Security and accountability are maintained

If a colleague needs access:

They should go to noahs.support and complete the sign-up form themselves.
